Excess capacity
Excess industrial capacity is space and capability a business already has but is not fully using: empty bays, idle halls, unused yards, spare warehouse area. FlexHall exists so that capacity can be listed and requested by other companies.
Why it is the marketplace category
The demand side needs 3,000 m² for six weeks with a 5-tonne crane. The supply side has 4,000 m² idle in August and September. Matching those two is not the same as advertising a building for a long lease. FlexHall’s positioning is the marketplace for unused industrial capacity.
