Temporary factory space and industrial halls

FlexHall lists factory space and industrial halls available as unused industrial capacity. Companies can request a hall for a defined period instead of leasing an entire factory long term.

Factory space versus a real-estate listing

A FlexHall factory or industrial-hall listing is capacity another business can use: floor area, height, load, access and equipment. It is not a listing to buy a plant or to sign a conventional multi-year industrial lease.

Providers may offer a whole hall or a portion of a working site. Renters should confirm what is included — power, cranes, heating, staff, and whether production can run alongside the host operation.

Typical uses

Short-term factory space is used for overflow production, relocating a line, seasonal manufacturing, project-based fabrication, or storing and commissioning machinery. The rental period is measured in days, weeks or months, as set by the provider.

How to search

Browse industrial hall listings on FlexHall or post a request with the area, dates, floor load, crane and power you need. The provider quotes the price. FlexHall does not instant-book factory space.
