Send your required area, dates, intended use and technical requirements. Providers can accept, reject or negotiate the request before a booking is confirmed.
Negotiate
The provider accepts, rejects or sends a counter-offer. Chat stays on the platform.
Book
Agree the area, period and price. Deposit and platform fee are shown up front.
For companies that need space
Search listings by city, space type, area and features, use the space wizard if you are unsure of size, or post a space-wanted request with a location radius and specs. Send a request on a listing with area, dates and requirements. Chat stays on the platform. When you agree area, period and price, you can confirm the booking.
For companies that have space
Publish a listing with area, height, floor load, access and price unit. Respond to requests or browse space-wanted posts and send an offer. You accept, decline or counter. Listing is free; a platform fee applies on a completed booking.
